Looking for help? If you are feeling overwhelmed by your debt and not sure how to get it out, this may be the right place. Credit counseling may be something you’ve heard about. These counselors provide free support and help to individuals just like you. What does a credit advisor do?
WHAT DOES a CREDIT COUNSELOR DO
A credit counselor is simply a combination coach, advocate, educator. They can help you look at your finances from every angle to identify areas that need improvement.
A credit counselor examines your bills and debts. If you give permission, they will also pull your credit file and assess your debts. The counselor will talk about your concerns, hopes, and feelings. Together, your credit counselor can help you create a plan to help overcome your difficulties and reach your goals.
If your financial situation permits, your credit counselor might suggest that you use a loan management plan (DMP). This will help to repay your debts.
ARE CREDIT COUNSELORS TRAINED?

WHAT IS THE COST OF A CREDIT COUNSELOR?
